Allergy Free Products in the Shops
I've listed below a few products that I can't live without...I hope they help! However, please always remember to read the label and check if it is safe for your little one.
Marks and Spencer
My son loves Marks & Spencer Organic Fairtrade Dark Chocolate. It only contains 4 ingredients - cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter and vanilla. A lovely treat for your toddler and one that you can share!
Organix
I'm sure you have probably discovered this range already but I thought I'd list it as it is a firm favourite!! My son enjoys their apple rice cakes and crunchy carrot sticks. He also often has the following for his breakfast - Organic Baby Rice, Organic Banana Porridge and Organic Apple & Banana Muesli. They are all gluten and diary-free.
Peter Rabbit Organics
A range of organic toddler foods with many wheat-free, gluten-free and dairy-free options. I particularly like their pure rice fusilli (pasta), cornflakes, dairy-free soya-free chocolate and vegetable crisps. Visit their website to see the full range and for stockists.
Pure Sunflower Spread
A wonderful replacement for butter and margarine. Free from dairy and soya, this spread is excellent for use in baking. Visit their website for stockists.
